8: How To Be More PRESENT Through Intentional Massage | Debra Walker | Willow Branch Massage

Be Inspired | Do Good:

Debra Walker, a Roanoke native and lover of the Grandin Village, shares with us her journey from just “thinking” about having her own business to owning her current massage practice.

Sage advice and wisdom are second nature to Debra, easily peppered into her daily life, personally and professionally.

Her business echoes her “sageness,” where she rests on her own life lessons, abilities, and being in control of how Willow Branch Massage operates.  Debra offers her clients massages in a way that she feels best benefits them…..while maintaining her own balance.  She schedules her days in a fashion that will allow her time to talk with her clients.  Digging into their day, their week.  Allowing her to best treat their specific areas of stress and tension.

For Debra, balance is key!  It allows us to be present in all that we do.
